At the end of July, the results of the NKFIH OTKA grants were announced.  Dr.  János Vad, full professor and head of our Department, has won funding with his proposal entitled "Concerted acoustic and aerodynamic analysis on unmanned aerial vehicles for establishing new guidelines on noise reduction". The Department of Fluid Mechanics has organized and hosted the Conference on Modelling of Fluid Flow CMFF'22 for the 18th time between August 30th and September 2nd. CMFF is an international conference held every third year in Budapest. More than a 100 attendees from 14 contries visited the conference.
